Dictionary Day
Every autumn we visit our local elementary schools to present a free dictionary to each third grader. This program is funded annually as a regular part of our budget. Groups of Rotarians go to one school each and visit the classrooms personally handing a dictionary to every child. The kids are always very excited to receive this gift and our club members always hear some funny comments to make us smile and laugh out loud. This is a not to be missed opportunity and it only takes about one hour of your time.
